How we handle the personal data of people who visit this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller
The data controller is Laboratori Italiani S.r.l., registered office at Via Ettore Bugatti 1, 20142 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT number 11416880968, operating the Beauty Spa at Viale Piave 1, 20129 Milano.

2. What data we collect
Data you give us. When you fill in the consultation request form we collect your first name, surname, e-mail address, phone number and preferred time. When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your e-mail address. When you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled under the terms of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.
Data collected automatically. While you browse, technical and statistical data is collected: pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, traffic source, and interactions with the page (scrolling, clicks, pointer movement). This data is collected in pseudonymised form and is not used to identify you.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
- Responding to your booking or information request — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending you the newsletter — legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Measuring and improving the website (statistics, behavioural analysis) — legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns — legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations (tax, administrative) — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
On your first visit a banner lets you accept or decline non-technical cookies. Until you accept, no measurement or marketing tool is activated. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser: the banner will reappear on your next visit.

If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal, behavioural analysis tools are not loaded even where consent has been given.
5. Who we share data with
Data is never disclosed publicly or sold. It may be processed, as data processors, by the technical providers listed above and by Beauty Spa staff authorised to manage appointments and communications.
Some of these providers are based or hold infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep it
- Appointment and consultation requests: 24 months from last contact.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Browsing statistics: up to 14 months (Google Analytics), 13 months (Contentsquare).
- Documents with tax relevance: 10 years, as required by law.
7. Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing. You may also withdraw any consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to info@staminalisbeautyspa.it. If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Minors
The Beauty Spa's services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
9. Changes
This notice may be updated. The date at the top of the page always shows the latest revision.
